JUMP TRAINING designed with one purpose in mind, to increase your vertical, period !!!
We have the training tools, training schedule and staff to add very critical inches to your vertical. We accomplish this by using a combination of resistance training, plyometric training and very specific jump training exercises built around you, the volleyball player and giving you the flexibility and endurance you need to jump higher.
We offer group lessons and will tailor a program for a weekly or monthly on-going schedule.
